We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Listing and Catalogue Specialist to manage and maintain product listings for our platform on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have experience uploading, organizing, and optimizing product data and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings within Shopify.
- Upload product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, Variants and create new Catalogue.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and synchronize physical inventory with Shopify inventory management systems.
- Organize product collections, categories, tags, and navigation structures.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and consistently formatted.
- Perform routine audits to identify and correct listing errors, duplicate products, or missing information.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to keep product information current.
- Optimize product pages for improved search visibility and user experience.
- Assist with bulk product uploads and catalog management projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing product listings on Shopify.
- Proficient general computer skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently.
- Strong written communication skills for creating and editing product descriptions.
Preferred Experience
- Shopify product management and inventory tracking.
- Product categorization, tagging, and collection management.
- Basic SEO knowledge for product listings.
