We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with strong expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems and end-to-end product design execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences across mobile (iOS \& Android), web, and desktop platforms, preferably within banking or large-scale fintech environments.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional Agile squads including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-impact digital banking solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms * Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products * Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process*, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences * Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys * Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives) * Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative improvements
Required Skills \& Experience Proven experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer * Strong hands-on expertise in Design Systems at enterprise scale * Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications * Strong understanding of end-to-end UX and product design lifecycle * Experience working in Agile/Squad-based environments * Background in BFSI / Fintech / Banking domains (mandatory preferred) * Exposure to SME banking products or complex financial workflows is a strong advantage* * Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar * Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Preferred Qualifications* Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations * Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities * Experience working in cross-functional global teams * Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
