Producer – Creative Production

The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) is looking for an experienced and highly organized Producer to join our growing team in Bahrain.

We are looking for someone with 2–3+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within a creative agency, production house, media, advertising, or events environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage productions from brief to final delivery while working closely with our Creative, Client Servicing, and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production process for photo, video, social media, commercial, and event projects.
• Review client briefs and translate them into clear production plans, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate closely with TCCA’s in-house photographers, videographers, creative team, and other internal departments.
• Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, call sheets, locations, equipment, talent, props, and other production requirements.
• Coordinate with freelancers and external production resources when additional support is required or when the in-house team is unavailable.
• Source and coordinate freelance photographers, videographers, editors, directors, models/talent, stylists, and other production resources as needed.
• Obtain quotations from freelancers and suppliers and assist in ensuring productions remain within approved budgets.
• Coordinate production logistics including locations, permits, equipment, transportation, catering, crew requirements, and on-site arrangements.
• Manage and oversee production days to ensure shoots and events run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Work closely with the Creative and Client Servicing teams to ensure the creative vision and client requirements are properly executed.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, production requirements, and deliverables.
• Follow up with internal teams, freelancers, suppliers, and clients to ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide practical solutions when unexpected challenges arise.
• Coordinate post-production requirements and follow up with editors and creative teams on final deliverables.
• Ensure final content is delivered, organized, and handed over within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain strong working relationships with freelancers, suppliers, venues, and external production partners.
• Maintain accurate production documents, quotations, budgets, invoices, and project records.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within an agency, production house, media, advertising, or events environment.
• Strong understanding of photo and video production processes.
• Experience coordinating shoots, productions, freelancers, vendors, talent, and production logistics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate production needs.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good understanding of production budgets, quotations, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, organized, and hands-on.

You should be comfortable managing productions, coordinating with different teams, communicating with clients and suppliers, and being on-site during shoots and events.

You should also be someone who can anticipate what a production needs before it becomes a problem, while keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.
