Procurement Service Centre Officer NSW Procurement Service Centre Team
Your day as a Procurement Service Centre Officer
Provide first level support to clients and stakeholders on a range of NSW Procurement products and services and provides administrative support for identified prequalification schemes and tenders to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
You will join our NSW Procurement Service Centre Group and will be working within the Procurement Reform and Banking Group . Read more about your future Group and Division.
As the face of NSW Procurement (NSWP) you will provide advice and support across the range of NSWP services to client agencies, suppliers and the public.
The role is accountable to the manager for the efficient and effective resolution of first level business support calls and emails (verbal and written communication capability is important The role also provides assistance on project tasks, under the direction of the manager which contribute to successful business outcomes.
The position must keep abreast of NSWP products and services, including whole of government procurement policy and legislation, as well as maintain proficiency in the full use of systems and information databases to ensure service operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Work as part of cross functional teams in the development and delivery of specialised advice to support NSWP and whole of government procurement strategy and reform.
Matters that are strategic, sensitive or require a higher level of knowledge on a specific issue will be referred to the manager or subject matter experts across NSWP as required.
