Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate purchasing activities
• Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier contracts
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards
• Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management

Skills

• Supplier negotiation and relationship management
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Budget management and cost analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or procurement systems

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
