Process Consultant Market to Cash is a Subject Matter Expert in their respective field. Serving as delegates of Global Functions, they bring to life the template processes in the BASE platforms and work together as process teams. The Process Consultant has the mandate to manage and coordinate changes improving processes and tools, as well as review requests for derogations. Proposed solutions are then discussed with Functional Owner and Platform technical teams for approval and then the Consultant coordinates build, testing and release activities performed in multiple functional and technical teams. The Process Consultant contributes to the E2E processes, working together with consultants from other workstreams on an E2E process (StP, DtW, MtC, RtR, FP\&A;) and with the Operating Companies on improving process conformance, adherence and performance. Consultants are to have complete domain area knowledge, and their primary objective is to continuously improve and expand the Global process template and its translation into the BASE ERPs, platforms and tools.

Your responsibilities would include:

• processing changes and process improvements and preparing them for approval by Functional Owners, Product Owners, and the Design Authority of stakeholders
• facilitating process derogation and guiding internal customers (Operating Companies)
• ensuring process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure
• incorporating change management activities into plans to ensure stakeholders understand and support the change journey
• monitoring the conformance and performance of OpCos (using Process Performance Indicators - PPIs) and addressing low scores in line with the escalation matrix
• understanding PPI definitions and calculations, analysing results, addressing queries, and advising on PPI change requests
• addressing cultural sensitivities and understanding their implications for the business
• analysing improvement opportunities and prioritising identified solutions and functionalities
• proposing changes and process improvements
• validating process designs and translating them into solutions in the ERPs
• managing projects involving process improvement, organisational changes (merges, ERP changes), conformance challenges, or new platforms and tools implementation.

You’re a good candidate if you have:

• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role (SME, Process Consultant, Team Coordinator, Change Manager)
• experience in a complex international environment; experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• understanding of the interaction between business processes and technology
• proven experience in complex project management or business transition management

• experience in Market to Cash processes in at least one of the following areas:

  • sales (customer master data management, pricing \& rebates, sales order management)
  • logistics (sales order management, allocation, picking, loading, basic transport management, delivery to customer, unloading at the warehouse, route settlement, returnable packaging management)
  • OTC and finance (billing, credit risk management, collections, pricing \& discounts maintenance, dispute management)
  • understanding of agile project methodology is a plus.
