Private Teacher / Stay-In Nanny

GridComm is looking for a dedicated and passionate Private Teacher / Stay-In Nanny to provide educational support, guidance, and daily care for a child in a private household.

Location: Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Full-time (Stay-In)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
• Guide and assist the child with studies and homework.
• Foster the child's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Accompany the child to and from school together with the designated driver.
• Accompany the child to educational, recreational, and extracurricular activities.
• Encourage good manners, discipline, and positive values.
• Ensure the child's safety, well-being, and daily routine.
• Build a nurturing, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten (Tadika) or childcare centre (Taska).
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on a stay-in basis.
