Job Description
  • Menu Planning: Create customized, restaurant-quality menus that cater to the employer's specific tastes, flavor preferences, and nutritional goals. [1, 2]
  • Dietary Accommodations: Tailor dishes to medical and lifestyle restrictions, including allergies, vegan, keto, low-sodium, Kosher, or Halal diets. [1, 2]
  • Sourcing \& Procurement: Handle all grocery shopping, often sourcing premium or specialty ingredients, and manage the household food budget. [1, 2]
  • Daily Cooking: Prepare and serve fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ranging from casual family-style meals to formal multi-course dining. [1, 2]
  • Event Catering: Plan and execute menus for dinner parties, holiday gatherings, and special occasions hosted at the estate. [1, 2]
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain meticulous cleanliness, organize storage and pantries, and manage inventory. [1, 2]
  • Travel \& Adaptability: Travel with the employer to multiple properties or on vacations, adapting to different kitchen environments.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
