Job Summary

You will design and develop scalable Java-based microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership to deliver robust payment solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design scalable Java-based systems aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
• Develop and deploy Java-based microservices using appropriate frameworks and tools to support platform functionality
• Write and maintain high-quality code for core components and features, ensuring reliability and performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers to promote best practices and maintain code quality
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system scalability and responsiveness
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to deliver innovative and effective solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying Java-based microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns and design principles, including domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native patterns
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of blockchain and web technologies
