As a Principal Business Analyst, of our End User Compute Program at eHealth NSW, you will be responsible to lead business analysis activities across a range of strategic technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project delivery partners.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation activities across End User Device projects and workstreams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities to identify business needs, priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop high-quality business analysis artefacts, including BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and business cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, vendors, and project stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Support solution delivery through design, testing, business readiness, implementation, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven experience as a Principal Business Analyst delivering complex technology or digital transformation programs.
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis across multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Experience working within large, complex environments and delivering technology initiatives such as Microsoft 365, Cloud, Infrastructure, or End User Device programs, supported by knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar methodologies and relevant certifications.
