With a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, we are expanding ourregional team in Singapore to strengthen our press and influencer relations,and to bring our brand story closer to media, KOLs, and consumers working veryclosely with Sephora teams.

RoleOverview:

We arelooking for a dynamic PR Executive to join our SEAPAC team. This role is idealfor a young professional passionate about beauty, social media, and influencermarketing. You will be the key point of contact for press and KOLs inSingapore, managing day-to-day PR operations and events and directly reportingto the Marketing \& Communication SEAPAC Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for media,influencers, and makeup artists.
• Manage press assets: samples, imagery, pressreleases, campaign materials.
• Proactive and reactive pitching to securecoverage across priority titles.
• Coordinate interviews, Q\&As, and awardsubmissions.
• Influencer \& Social Media Support
• Manage ongoing product seeding and creativemailers.
• Support influencer collaborations (briefing,follow-up, content delivery).
• Plan and execute PR event \& TripManagement (Handle guest lists, logistics, suppliers, venues, and budgets + Ensureseamless execution and impactful brand experiences).
• Monthly PR reports and EMV tracking.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications,Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in beauty industry.
• Excellent knowledge of social mediaplatforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented withstrong communication skills.
• Previous internship or experience inPR/communications in a brand or PR agency is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French is an advantage.
