We are seeking a driven and articulate PR \& Communications Specialist to build SureFlow’s media presence. This person will be responsible for establishing SureFlow's press and media presence in each new market we enter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement SureFlow's press strategy across key markets, maintaining direct relationships with journalists, editors, and media contacts across target geographies.
- Develop a continuous pipeline of earned media opportunities, product announcements, market entry milestones, and company achievements, and identify collaborative press opportunities to position SureFlow as a thought leader.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases for all major company announcements: country launches, pilot deployments, product releases, and partnership agreements, adapting messaging from technical to accessible narratives depending on the audience.
- Develop and maintain a library of press materials: company backgrounders, executive biographies, product fact sheets, and approved quote banks for rapid response.
- Maintain a press calendar aligned with the company's roadmap, coordinating with the Studio Content Specialist and the Social Media Specialist to ensure coverage is amplified across all owned channels.
- Prioritize earned and collaborative press opportunities as the primary driver of media coverage; treat paid placements as a complement, not a substitute.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism.
- Exceptional written English; additional European languages are a meaningful advantage.
- Strong editorial judgment, able to identify the real story in a complex technical or commercial development.
- Comfortable working at speed, across time zones, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai.
