Job Description

Job Summary: The Plumber is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of plumbing systems for prefabricated building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings
Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems
Read and interpret plumbing drawings
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and standards
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Follow safety regulations and procedures
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment

Qualifications:

Trade certificate or diploma in Plumbing
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing in construction
Knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
Good communication skills

License/Certification:

Plumbing License (Required)
