Plumber - Maintenance & Small Works - RGI Registered

The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of heating and plumbing systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance
• Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls
• Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports are submitted for all works completed
• Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing
• Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements
• Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be required
• Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work
• Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team

Qualifications and Experience

• Fetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing Certificate
• Formal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered
• 5 years post qualified experience
• Previous experience working in a maintenance role
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
• Experience in maintaining and servicing gas boilers
• Clean Driving Licence
• Computer Literate
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Team player
