Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position in a contracting/ construction company (High-rise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling and cost management
- Knowledge of BOQ and qty take off
- Knowledge of contract management and project administration.
- Knowledge in preparing baseline schedule
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Office (Word, Excel \& PowerPoint)
