Job Position: Pilates Instructor

Company summary: Boutique women’s wellness studio offering a luxury wellness experience through Reformer Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement. Our studio is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inspiring environment focused on strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being through high-quality private and group sessions.

Age range: 28 to 45 years old

Must needed Skill set:

• Certified Pilates Instructor
• Certified Yoga Instructor
• Strong experience in Reformer Pilates
• Ability to conduct private and group sessions
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Experience in posture correction, flexibility, and strength training
• Ability to adapt sessions for beginners and intermediate clients

Qualifications:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (international certification preferred)
• Reformer Pilates certification is required
• Additional certifications in Yoga / Barre / Rehabilitation are a plus
• CPR / First Aid certification preferred

All other important information:

• Experience in a boutique studio or luxury fitness environment is preferred
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
• Passionate about wellness, movement, and client experience

Years of experience: minimum 5 to 10+ Years

Basic Salary/monthly range: depends on experience ( 10000SR to 15000SR) basic salary
Commission model: Commission for private sessions ranges from 25% to 35% based on experience, performance, and number of sessions conducted. Additional incentives may be offered based on client retention and studio performance.
