Physiotherapist

1. Comprehensive Assessment:

· Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions, incorporating medical history, movement analysis, and functional capabilities.

· Independently conduct assessments, analyze findings, and provide diagnoses.

2. Individualized Treatment Planning:

· Formulate personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, aligning with client objectives and evidence-based practices.

· Autonomously plan, implement, evaluate, and progress care to maximize clients' potential.

3. Hands-On Therapies:

· Deliver hands-on therapies, including manual manipulation and massage, to alleviate pain and foster healing.

· Employ advanced mobilization techniques and assist trauma clients in regaining mobility.

4. Client Education:

· Educate clients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them to actively manage their health.

· Provide spontaneous and planned advice and instruction to caregivers and other professionals to enhance understanding of Targeted Training therapy.

· Offer information, based on professional judgment and experience, to clients, families, caregivers, and other involved parties, influencing future care provision.

· Educate clients, families, and the community on injury prevention and healthy lifestyles.

5. Record Keeping:

· Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

· Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information, meeting professional standards.

· Generate detailed reports for clients following each assessment.

6. Professional Standards and Ethics:

· Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.

· Assume professional and legal responsibility for all aspects of work, including client management.

7. Continuous Improvement:

· Stay abreast of the latest developments in physiotherapy and wellness practices.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize the efficacy of physiotherapy services.

· Conduct ongoing evaluation of treatment regimes in collaboration with senior therapists.

· Stay current with mandatory training requirements.

8. Communication and Collaboration:

· Collaborate as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and holistic client care.

· Operate C.H.A.M.P. devices e.g. EmbioR, Pelvico, MaxFit Neo etc as a common responsibility with other team members to provide holistic client care.

9. Administrative Duties:

· Effectively manage caseload, plan and organize physiotherapy and fitness programs.

· Fulfill other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

10. Safety and Equipment Maintenance:

· Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and prioritize safety in accordance with Health \& Safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
