Your primary responsibility is to conduct detailed clinical assessments, formulate targeted treatment plans, execute specialized physiotherapy modalities, and closely monitor client recovery both in the clinic and at home.
Core Clinical Responsibilities

This includes assessing chief complaints using the SOCRATES method, performing critical red flag screening, conducting targeted Range of Motion (ROM) testing, and safely documenting medical history.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, document, and manage comprehensive treatment plans and physiotherapy sessions tailored to individual client clinical goals and initial findings.

- Progress Monitoring: Actively keep track of clients' progress both during in-center sessions and while they are at home. This includes periodically reassessing patients to objectively demonstrate improvements, reviewing them by contacting them through the company mobile to evaluate Home Exercise Program (HEP) adherence, and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
- Documentation \& Confidentiality: Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring all finalized Aluna Letters are saved to the central clinic drive for continuity of care and brand consistency. All patient details and medical documents must be securely handled at all times to strictly maintain privacy and confidentiality. Employees are strictly prohibited from copying, extracting, or utilizing any client data, contact information, or leads acquired through Aluna for personal use, outside business, or any non-company purposes.
