About Us:

We are a small expanding clinic. We aim to provide exceptional patient experience based on honesty and trust. We deal with a caseload including sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, running injuries, persistent pain, and return-to-performance cases. Hours can be flexible, there is an opportunity to work across two different sites with hours to suit your own family schedule where necessary. Support will provided, with in-house and external CPD opportunities.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious and skilled Chartered Physiotherapist to join the team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about musculoskeletal rehabilitation and would like to continue developing their clinical skills within a supportive environment. In this role, you will manage a varied musculoskeletal \& orthopaedic caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to help our patients achieve their recovery goals

Key Responsibilities:

 Assess, clinically diagnose and manage a variety of Orthopaedic \& MSK related conditions.

 Design, implement, and progress individualised evidence based treatment and rehabilitation plans.

 Deliver patient education, exercise prescription \& hands-on manual therapy.

 Maintain accurate, timely patient records.

 Recognise when referral, further investigation, or senior clinical input is required.

 Collaborate with external healthcare professionals where required.

Essential Criteria:

 CORU Registration \& ISCP Membership

 MSK Experience: Proven clinical experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions. New-grads will be considered as mentorship can be provided for the right candidate.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.

 Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

 Strong organisational and clinical record-keeping abilities.

 Ability to work independently while seeking support when appropriate.

 Professional indemnity insurance

Desirable Criteria:

 Experience in manual therapy and exercise prescription.

 Pilates or strength and conditioning qualifications.

 1-2+ years of private practice experience

 Experience working with sporting populations, delivering rehabilitation in a gym environment.
