Photographic Sales Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time sales assistant to join our team at our busy Sheffield store. A keen interest in technology is a must for this position.

This is a full-time position working 5 full days from Monday to Sunday with a 2 days off during the week (TBC).

We're initially offering the position for 12 months as we are planning changes to our opening times, if all goes well during that time it will become a permanent position.

Ideal applicants will have some degree of flexibility to work overtime as cover where needed.

Ideally you will be outgoing, approachable, enthusiastic, well organised, capable of working in a fast moving environment and be comfortable multi-tasking.

Duties to include:

Serving customers face to face in the store.
Interacting with customers online through live chat and Facebook messages.
Dealing with email and telephone enquiries.
Till work, cash handling
A good level of education, excellent customer service skills and a passion for photography or birdwatching/wildlife is essential. Previous retail experience in a similar position would be beneficial, but not required.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
