Photographer & Videographer

We are currently seeking a talented Photographer / Videographer with focus in real estate industry to join our team on a project-based basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain valuable experience and build their portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
• Edit and enhance media content to meet our standards.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
• Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

To ensure a consistent review process, all applicants are required to submit the following:

• A portfolio showcasing photography and/or videography work (real estate preferred)
• A list of camera gear and lenses
• Your hourly rate for photography and videography
• Your service area and availability

If you do not have a real estate portfolio, please submit 5 sample photos from a residential property, including:

• Interior: living area, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and corridor
• Exterior of the house

Please provide both the RAW files and the final HDR images for these samples.
