Role Purpose
The Photographer \& Videographer (Group Level) is responsible for planning, producing, shooting, and editing high-quality visual content across all brands within the group. This role supports marketing campaigns, digital platforms, aggregator channels, corporate communications, and events by delivering compelling photo and video assets that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
The role ensures all visual outputs are delivered on time, technically optimized, and consistent with each brand’s identity, while efficiently managing multiple content requests across the group.
Key Responsibilities1) Photo \& Video Content Production
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for all brands within the group.
Produce visual assets for:
Social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
Aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and similar channels
Campaign launches, product drops, and promotional initiatives
Corporate communications, PR coverage, and internal/external events
Ensure all visual outputs are aligned with:
Approved creative direction
Campaign objectives
Brand guidelines for each concept or brand within the group
Capture content that supports both brand storytelling and commercial performance across digital channels.
2) Creative Brief Execution \& Direction Adherence
Execute photography and videography requirements based on briefs provided by the Brand Communications \& Content Strategist and/or marketing team.
Develop a clear understanding of each content brief, including:
Objective and purpose of the content
Key message and campaign focus
Target audience
Required formats, dimensions, durations, and shot angles
Translate approved creative direction into high-quality visual outputs without altering brand messaging or strategic intent.
Ensure strong execution discipline and consistency across all assigned content requests.
3) Platform Readiness \& Technical Delivery
Deliver all visual content in the correct formats and specifications for each platform, including:
Meta platforms (Instagram \& Facebook)
TikTok
Google / YouTube
Aggregator platforms
Ensure all assets meet platform and campaign requirements, including:
Correct aspect ratios such as 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9
High-resolution output
Platform-optimized video durations
Proper compression, export settings, and file organization
Maintain technical accuracy and readiness of assets for publishing, advertising, and third-party platform uploads.
4) Timeline, Workflow \& Request Management
Manage multiple content requests across brands in a structured and efficient manner.
Plan and track:
Incoming content requests from the marketing team
Shoot calendars and production schedules
Editing timelines and delivery deadlines
Prioritize workload based on:
Campaign urgency
Launch deadlines
Business priorities across brands
Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders regarding:
Delays or production risks
Capacity constraints
Required approvals or dependencies
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
5) Quality Control \& Revision Management
Review all photo and video outputs before submission to ensure they meet required standards.
Conduct quality checks on:
Lighting, framing, composition, and visual clarity
Brand consistency across all brands and concepts
Technical specifications and export quality
Implement revisions efficiently based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure final assets are approval-ready, polished, and free from avoidable errors that could lead to rework or delays.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all final outputs.
6) Asset Organization \& Visual Content Management
Maintain organized storage and filing of all photo and video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Ensure proper naming, categorization, and archiving of content by brand, campaign, and platform.
Support the marketing team with accessible and well-managed visual libraries for ongoing and future content needs.
Protect the integrity and consistency of brand visual assets across the group.

Timely delivery of all visual assets in line with campaign and launch deadlines
Alignment with brand identity, creative direction, and campaign objectives
Technical readiness of content for digital platforms, paid media, and aggregators
Efficient management of multiple content requests and production timelines across brands
Key Skills \& Competencies
Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for composition, lighting, styling, and storytelling
Proficiency in photo and video editing software
Strong understanding of content requirements across social, digital, and advertising platforms
Ability to manage multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to visual quality
Ability to follow creative direction accurately while delivering polished execution
Good communication and coordination skills when working with marketing and brand teams
Flexibility to work across multiple brands, concepts, and campaign types
Preferred Experience \& Qualifications
Proven experience in photography and videography, ideally within hospitality, F\&B, retail, lifestyle, or agency environments
Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, and aggregator platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video work
Familiarity with multi-brand content production and fast-paced campaign environments is preferred
