Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our Lab team.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Medical background (Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field).
• Experience using Vacutainer blood collection systems and performing venipuncture.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to patient locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform safe and accurate blood collection using the Vacutainer system.
• Correctly label, handle, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Keep accurate records and comply with all healthcare regulations.

Preferred:

• Experience in home healthcare or mobile phlebotomy.
