Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients and their representatives through phone or in-person inquiries.
- Provide financial guidance related to government schemes, subsidies, and insurance options.
- Conduct thorough verification of medication supplies for patients at designated clinics.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and label medication prescriptions, ensuring speed and accuracy within specified timeframes.
- Re-label and print summary labels, correct typing errors, and manage the filing and counting of prescriptions.
- Maintain drug stock and inventory, including monitoring buffer stocks and checking for near-expiry medications.
- Facilitate the receipt of goods from the store and ensure proper management of drug inventory.
- Identify and rectify prescription processing errors, including seeking clarifications from prescribers when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to support team operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications in a related field.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare settings preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to take on flexible tasks as needed to support operations.
