Pharmacy Care Assistant / Retail Sales Assistant (South Link, Bangsar)

LOCATION: Unit G-13, Ground Floor, Residensi Sambungan Selatan ( South Link), No. 2A, Jalan Kerinchi Kiri 2, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the most suitable products, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers and offer professional assistance with product inquiries.
• Assist pharmacists with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth outlet functioning.
• Efficiently manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and assist with replenishment.
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle various payment methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable outlet environment at all times.
• Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training provided by the company.

Job Responsibilities :

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A friendly, courteous, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
