Pharmacy Assistant/Technician

Infinity Drug Stores operates a group of independent community pharmacies in
the Windsor, Ontario area. We are currently looking for full time assistant/ technician for our location.

Pharmacy Technician/Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician/Assistant include:

• Patient greeting and confirmation of all patient prescription information prior to filling
• Accurate data entry of patient care information
• Third Party adjudication where required and necessary
• Accurate dispensing of prescription medications
• Ordering and Maintenance of pharmacy stock and inventory control
• Handling enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and

necessary

• Assisting with patient prescription pick up
• Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and in good standing (Pharmacy Technician)
• 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Assistant required
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Previous experience with PTS (Propel, Pharmaclick) an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
