Pharmacist – Conroy Medical Pharmacy (Valley Health Pharmacies)

Start Date: Mid-June 2026 Conroy Medical Pharmacy is a brand-new pharmacy opening mid-June inside a large, rapidly growing medical building in Ottawa. As part of the fast-growing Valley Health Pharmacies group, we are building a modern, clinically focused practice with strong interprofessional collaboration alongside the physicians and specialists already in the building. The doctors are actively supportive and interested in helping the pharmacy grow and succeed.We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and patient-focused pharmacist who wants a more rewarding and clinically meaningful role than standard community pharmacy dispensing.Why Join Conroy Medical Pharmacy?

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services including prescription verification, patient counselling, and medication reviews
• Deliver high-quality OTC counselling and recommendations
• Supervise pharmacy assistants/technicians and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate dispensing, billing, and inventory records
• Follow all professional standards, policies, and regulations

Candidate Qualifications

• Licensed as a pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Strong clinical skills and passion for patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and French)
• Experience with prescription dispensing and Kroll software is an asset
• Leadership, team supervision, and time-management abilities
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
