Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional \& Regulatory
- Hold and maintain a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and registration with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
- Act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (where applicable) and ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
- Maintain all pharmacy licences, permits, and statutory records.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Health (MOH), NPRA, and other relevant authorities on regulatory matters when required.
Pharmacy Operations
- Review and dispense medicines in accordance with legal and professional requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medicines, including controlled poisons where applicable.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates and oversee stock rotation and inventory control.
- Ensure pharmacy operations comply with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP).
Customer Care \& Consultation
- Provide professional counselling on prescription medicines, OTC products, vitamins, health supplements, and wellness products.
- Educate customers on the safe and effective use of medications and supplements, including dosage, precautions, side effects, and possible interactions.
- Promote health awareness through wellness programmes, health screenings, and educational activities.
Inventory \& Administration
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
- Maintain accurate dispensing and inventory records.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by management and regulatory authorities.
Team Support
- Train and guide pharmacy assistants and other staff on pharmacy procedures, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance.
- Support company marketing and health promotion campaigns.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
- Possess a valid and active Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 1–3 years of pharmacy experience is preferred (fresh licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply).
- Good knowledge of pharmacy legislation, poison regulations, and NPRA requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is advantage.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
