Personal Trainer

Leads and coordinates individual or group adult fitness/physical training sessions for a specified health and fitness program. Deliver exceptional customer service experience to our members (future, past and present) while providing high level Personal Training sessions and Inductions. Perform across all Fitness KPIs and ensure brand standards are upheld on and off the gym floor.

1. JOB ROLE DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES

· communication to be of the highest standard with personal clients and club members

· budget to be achieved by PT

· regional (club) Variations will apply

· work in 9 hr shift including (1 hour break)

· trainer must update PT System on daily basis

· Must be Level 3 Certified and UAE REPS accredited.

EDUCATION

· Coaching and Sports Qualifications

· Level L3

. UAE REPS

· First Aid and AED Certified.

· Knowledge of nutrition and psychology is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills (English or Arabic).

· Computer Skills

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years’ experience as a GX or PT

2-3 years in the Fitness Industry and having worked in a GX orientated gym/studio.

Ability to program and conduct private and small group sessions.

Previous experience teaching women’s only classes is a plus .

A good understanding of the following:

· How to coach proper technique and spot exercises effectively

· How personal training programs contribute towards improved member results.

· How to coach group training effectively

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
