VitaCore connects Dubai's busy professionals and executives with high-caliber personal trainers. We're hiring a trainer who is as comfortable coaching a C-suite client as they are coaching a lift.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized 1:1 sessions tailored to professional clients' schedules and goals
• Build progressive, results-driven programs (strength, mobility, weight management, stress/energy management)
• Track client progress and report it clearly
• Maintain strict punctuality and confidentiality
• Represent the VitaCore brand professionally in every interaction

Requirements

• Valid personal trainer certification (internationally accredited)
• REPs UAE registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid First Aid \& CPR certification
• Eligible to work as a freelancer in the UAE

Communication Skills

• Clear, confident communication — able to explain programming simply to analytical clients
• Strong active listening and rapport-building
• Executive presence: professional, composed, discreet
• Adaptive coaching style — reads when to push vs. when to ease off
