About the Role
As the CEO's personal driver and assistant, you will act as his right-hand person. Your main goal is to save the CEO time so he can focus on running the business. You will overhear sensitive company information, so you must be highly trustworthy and know how to keep secrets. This job will grow over time and includes office admin work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving \& CEO Support (80%)
- Driving: Drive the CEO safely and comfortably to daily business meetings and occasional family trips.
- Route Planning: Plan the best routes ahead of time to avoid traffic jams and save time.
- Schedule \& Travel: Help manage the CEO’s calendar, book restaurant tables, buy flight tickets, and plan travel schedules.
- Admin Work: Help with daily office tasks like sorting receipts, submitting expense claims, buying items, filing documents, arranging deliveries, and helping the Group Managing Director when needed.
- Making Things Better: Always look for smarter ways to do things to save time and money.
2. Company Car Management (20%)
- Vehicle Management: Be the main person in charge of company cars. Make sure cars are always clean, sent for regular servicing, and road tax/insurance are renewed on time. Help manage the office shuttle.
- Office Support: Work with others in the office to make sure the vehicles and basic office technology are running smoothly.

- Knowing the Roads: Know the city roads very well and use GPS (like Waze or Google Maps) to avoid traffic jams.
- Cleanliness: Keep the car completely spotless inside and out, and always dress neatly and professionally.
Requirements
- A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Past experience working as a personal driver or driver-assistant for a boss or company leader.
- Good at organizing things, using basic computer software, booking flights, and handling receipts.
- Speaks well and knows how to keep business and family matters completely secret.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
