Job Summary

As a Retail Assistant, your main role is to help customers find and purchase the right products while consistently providing excellent service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus.
• You are friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach.
• You are willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists with daily store operations.
• Keep the outlet well-organized and clean at all times.
• Warmly greet customers and assist them with their inquiries.
• Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately.
