RIF Elite Academy is a faith-based, Christ-centered youth performing arts and fashion design organization seeking a highly motivated and extremely organized Personal Assistant to support our Program Director \& Designer.

Qualifications:

Must be exceptionally organized and able to keep schedules, projects, materials, and daily operations in order

Quick on your feet with excellent task management and multitasking skills

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Ready to assist wherever needed and anticipate the needs of the Program Director \& Designer

Professional, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Willing and able to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed

Comfortable working in a faith-based, Christ-centered environment and upholding the organization's values

Experience in administration, event coordination, fashion, performing arts, or working with youth is a plus
