Role Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to collaborate closely with clients to deliver comprehensive assessments, tailored management plans, and lifestyle strategies designed to prevent future injuries. In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients reclaim their mobility, functional abilities, and independence by identifying specific challenges and establishing person-centered goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, design, and execute treatment plans for clients with diverse disabilities to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and collaborative team projects.

Assist in launching new clinical initiatives and protocols while ensuring strict adherence to established clinical standards and guidelines.

Conduct training and educational sessions for fellow therapists, care staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Engage in cross-functional interactions to elevate the profile and integration of the therapy department.

Requirements

Possess a recognized Degree in Physiotherapy.

Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite applications.

Preferred Attributes

Flexibility to travel to different work locations as required.

Comfortable operating within multidisciplinary healthcare settings.

Experience managing clients with neurological and geriatric conditions.

Proficiency in the National One Rehab Framework.
