What You'll Be Doing

As a Pediatric Caregiver \& Personal Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day needs of the household. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive and compassionate care to children.
• Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene, and activities.
• Organizing and supervising engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Helping with light household tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Offering personal assistance to ensure the smooth running of the household.

• Important Note: Our household includes beloved family pets (dogs and cats). Applicants must be completely comfortable working around animals and free of severe pet allergies.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain the certification required. An active Texas CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) license is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Preferred 1–2 years of experience in caregiving (preferably pediatric or special needs), private home service, or high-touch hospitality. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.
• Logistics: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a safe, reliable vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently to safely assist pediatric patients.
• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, exceptional patience, strict discretion regarding family privacy, and robust time-management skills.

Compensation \& Premium Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $13.90 – $20.15/hour (W-2 employment).
• Travel Stipend: $50/month non-taxed stipend to assist with travel and errand logistics.

• Paid CNA Certification: If you wish to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, we will cover 100% of your training and testing costs.
