Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Prepare statutory payments (EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB)
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in other HR and administrative duties when required

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or related field
  • At least 1 year working experience in payroll or HR
  • Familiar with payroll system and Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
