Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Demi Chef or a Chef specializing in classic French pastries and bakery items to join our team. If you have a passion for perfecting dough lamination and creating high-quality, elegant baked goods, we want you to bring your expertise to our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

French Pastry Production: Lead the daily preparation and execution of authentic French pastries, ensuring consistency, perfect texture, and premium visual appeal.

Viennoiserie \& Lamination: Apply expert knowledge of dough preparation, temperature control, and lamination techniques for buttery, flaky results.

Signature Items: Prepare and bake high volumes of Croissants, Éclairs, artisanal French Toast, and a variety of other fresh bakery items.

Quality \& Hygiene: Maintaining an organized, safe, and strictly hygienic pastry section in accordance with food safety standards.

Requirements \& Skills:

Proven professional experience specifically in French pastry production and Viennoiserie.

Mastery of dough lamination and preparation.

Previous experience working in premium cafés, boutique bakeries, or restaurants is highly preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Location: Candidates should be currently residing in Kuwait.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD450.000 per month
