Pinnacles Restaurant Management Company is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join our growing team!

Position:
Head Pastry Chef (Male)

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 8 - 10 years of professional pastry experience
✔ Proven experience in leading pastry operations and managing pastry teams
✔ Strong knowledge of pastry production, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery items
✔ Ability to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
✔ Excellent leadership, organizational, and training skills
✔ Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all pastry and bakery operations
- Develop and innovate dessert and pastry menus
- Ensure consistency and quality across all products
- Manage inventory, food costs, and production schedules
- Train and mentor pastry staff
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Pay: KD600.000 - KD800.000 per month
