Job Summary

Lead the cake decorating team to deliver beautifully crafted wedding cakes. Manage multiple orders, communicate design details with customers, and support events and sales activities in a dynamic, hands-on SME environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the cake decorating team to ensure timely, high-quality cake production

Apply professional cake decorating techniques to create elegant and refined wedding cakes

Organize and manage multiple cake orders efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Communicate clearly with customers to understand and finalize cake design and flavour details

Support customer enquiries and sales activities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Assist in setting up and supporting events and exhibitions to showcase the brand and products

Work at least one weekend day per week to meet business and event demands

Adapt to various roles and responsibilities in a growing SME environment to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery environment

Proficiency in fondant cake decorating techniques
