Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Tamworth branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll be responsible for helping customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
• Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
• Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
• Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering solutions to customers.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Good computer literacy and administration skills
• Current driver's licence
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded
