About the role

As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll manage the end-to-end parts process and be the key point of contact for our workshop and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing stock from OEM and other suppliers.
• General parts administration duties as required.
• Supply and invoicing of parts to Trade, Service and Pre-Delivery departments.
• Conduct sales transactions with customers by telephone, internet, e-mail, eBay and over the counter.
• Prepare and assist in annual stock take.
• Carry out parts delivery when required.
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch when required.
• Processes of quotes, orders and invoices, and checks for accuracy and completeness of all related documentation.
• Adheres to efficient order process including with incoming orders accuracy and accordingly.
• Maintains integrity of DMS through regular update or upload of information.
• Proactively follows up on stock returns and customer credit requests.
• Ensure competency and diligence in cash handling, EFTPOS and associated receipting and documentation.
