Operation hours:
9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)
9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory by performing regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Organize, label, and store spare parts properly for easy identification and retrieval.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Prepare and issue picking lists for spare parts requested by mechanics.
- Ensure proper documentation and records for parts issuance and returns.
- Prepare purchase orders based on workshop requirements and inventory needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Support workshop operations by preparing parts for scheduled service jobs and sourcing urgent parts when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area while following safety procedures and 5S practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts, inventory and storekeeping
- Basic computer knowledge (inventory system / Excel)
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
- Experience in automotive service centre or spare parts environment will be an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
