As a Partnerships Manager, you will act as a growth leader by being in constant contact with account managers on delivery platforms and by providing market insights to support business scaling strategies.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators and strategic partners to drive business growth
- Act as primary point of contact between the company and account managers ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Negotiate commercial contracts, promotional campaigns and partnership opportunities that maximise revenue and profitability
- Monitor account performances, analyse sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase market share
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing and finance
- Prepare daily regular performance reports, business reviews and forecasts
- Drive participation in promotional campaigns and seasonal activations considering operational capabilities
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance, improve partnerships and support the company objectives
- Assist in training, mentoring, and leading operations teams to ensure efficient execution of business objectives in relation to delivery platforms
- Manage and optimise aggregator platform dashboards to monitor sales performance, customer behaviour, operational metrics and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with aggregator account managers to ensure promotional placements, banner features, and promotional listings
- Monitor menu performance, item sorting, categories, item availability to ensure optimal presentation
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements and performance metrics
- Represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Strong networking capabilities, and experience with handling clients.
- Basic knowledge trading services
- Excellent negotiation, deal-structuring, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in building and monetizing relationship-driven business opportunities.
- Has the potential connectivity and good relationships with other companies.
- Familiar with Digital flatforms and other ERP application tools

Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Business Administration - Major in Marketing will be an advantage
