Job Title: Part-Time Service Counter Assistant (Central Location)
Working hours: 3 days per week, 10am to 6pm (including 1-hour break)
Daily pay: $80 per day
Others: Training provided & Clean indoor work environment

The Opportunity:

• Our client is looking for a friendly, dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Service Counter Assistant to support daily front-counter operations at their laundry and dry-cleaning outlet located in the central of Singapore.
• This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting customers, handling simple service transactions, and working in a clean, structured retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily pick-up and delivery of laundry and dry cleaning items to both residential and corporate clients
• Handle garments and curtains with care to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain proper documentation for each pick-up and delivery
• Ensure timely completion of assigned routes and schedules
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding collection and delivery arrangements
• Assist with loading and unloading laundry bags and items

Job Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with good customer service attitude
• Careful, responsible and comfortable handling customer orders accurately
• Able to communicate clearly with customers
• Comfortable with simple cashiering and basic record updates
• Prior experience in customer service, front counter, retail or laundry services is an advantage
• Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
