We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks that include:
- Answering all incoming phone calls, managing and constantly checking our general E-mail/Faxes, handling general inquires from agents.
- Greet Agents and clients at the front desk in a professional manner;
- Receive mail and courier packages, process and send outgoing mail, ordering couriers for deliveries;
- Handling Deposit cheques, offers and listings.
Receptionist Skills Required/Qualifications:
- Ability to work well and professional under pressure and handle a large amount of files that are to be created on a daily basis;
- 1-2 years of Receptionist experience;
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Experience with Microsoft Software
- BrokerBay
- Web Forms
- MLS
- DealTrack
Shifts include but are not limited to:
some days Monday- Friday 11-7
Saturdays 9am-5pm
Sundays 10am-3pm.
