Description of the delivery mode (Bimodal): This approach is a combination of two distinct real-time (synchronous) teaching spaces. One physical space in a classroom on campus where a professor is there with a reduced number of students and a second virtual space using a videoconferencing technology (Zoom or MS Teams) for students who choose to take the course remotely.

Course description : Exploration of procedures for conflict management and resolution, using a system approach to understand and explain complex problems. Analysis of systems to identify their strengths and limitations in different contexts. Proposals for improving existing systems and creating new ones will be evaluated .
