Job Title: Part-Time Health Screening Cashier (Onsite)

Location: Various locations across Singapore
Working Hours: Primarily mornings (weekday assignments)
Salary: S$15 - S$18 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Part-Time Cashier to support our onsite corporate health screening events. You will be the first point of contact for participants, assisting with registration, payment collection, and ensuring a smooth screening experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the cashier station before the commencement of health screening events.
• Perform participant registration and payment collection using the company's Clinical Management System (CMS).
• Process cashless and other approved payment methods accurately.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to participants.
• Explain health screening packages and add-on services confidently.
• Verify participant details and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Handle enquiries related to screening packages and event procedures.
• Reconcile daily collections and generate basic reports when required.
• Ensure proper closing of the cashier station after each event.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information and adhere to data protection requirements.
• Support the operations team with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable using computers and web-based systems.
• Able to learn and navigate our Clinical Management System efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Meticulous with data entry and cash handling.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, healthcare administration, or event operations is an advantage.
• Able to travel to different event locations across Singapore.

Remuneration

• S$15 - S$18 per hour (depending on experience)
• Flexible part-time assignments
• Primarily morning shifts
• Training on the Clinical Management System will be provided

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
