About Us

We are a growing electrical contracting business operating across both the commercial and domestic sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media \& Digital Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our online presence, generate new enquiries, and support the continued growth of our business.

This role would suit someone who understands not only social media, but the wider digital marketing landscape including websites, SEO, PPC advertising, content creation, and lead generation.

The Role

We need someone who can take ownership of our online marketing activities and provide guidance on how to attract more customers, improve brand awareness, and create a professional presence across all digital platforms.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, etc.)
• Creating engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, reels, and case studies
• Developing and implementing a consistent content calendar
• Improving website performance, customer experience, and conversion rates
• Managing and advising on SEO strategies to improve Google rankings
• Running and optimising PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Monitoring website analytics and marketing performance
• Creating email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters
• Promoting completed projects and company achievements
• Generating new leads and enquiries from both commercial and domestic customers
• Advising on new marketing opportunities, trends, and best practices
• Helping build our reputation across online review platforms
• Producing marketing reports and recommendations for business growth

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Social media management
• Digital marketing
• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Website management (WordPress or similar platforms)
• Content creation, photography and video editing
• Graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Google Analytics and performance reporting
• Copywriting and content marketing
• Lead generation and customer acquisition

You should be:

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently
• Creative and commercially minded
• Organised and reliable
• Able to explain technical marketing concepts in simple terms
• Focused on delivering measurable results and business growth
