We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice looking for a creative and enthusiastic Part-Time Content Creator to join our team.
We want someone who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging video content, and can bring our practice, team and patients to life online.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident behind the camera, creative with ideas, and able to turn everyday moments in the practice into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
About the Role
As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content that showcases our dental practice, treatments, team, patient experiences and results.
You will regularly attend the practice to film, photograph, edit and publish content, including short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage and patient testimonials.
You will work closely with our dental team and patients to create authentic, professional and engaging content that reflects our brand and builds trust with potential patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook content on a regular basis.
- Film and edit short-form videos using a phone/camera and editing software.
- Record patient testimonials and patient journey videos, ensuring patients are comfortable and content is professionally presented.
- Capture before-and-after treatment journeys where appropriate and with the patient's consent.
- Create engaging content featuring our dentists, hygienists, nurses and wider team.
- Develop creative ideas for dental education, FAQs, treatment information and common patient questions.
- Create behind-the-scenes content showing the personality of the practice and our team.
- Keep up to date with current TikTok, Instagram and Facebook trends, formats, sounds and styles.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Edit videos with appropriate subtitles, music, transitions, graphics and branding.
- Take high-quality photographs and video footage around the practice.
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Help grow our online presence, engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure all patient content is created and used appropriately, with the necessary patient consent and practice guidelines followed.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative and full of ideas
- Confident filming people and talking to patients and staff
- Comfortable creating content specifically for TikTok and Instagram
- Naturally enthusiastic and able to make people feel relaxed in front of the camera
- A strong communicator with a good eye for detail
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a professional healthcare environment
- Interested in social media trends and understanding what makes content perform well
- Able to take initiative and come up with new content ideas rather than simply waiting for instructions
Skills \& Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience creating social media content
- Experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels and Facebook videos
- Experience filming and editing short-form video
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a content schedule
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media/video work
Desirable:
- Experience working with a healthcare, beauty, medical or dental brand
- Experience filming testimonials or interviews
- Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Photography skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance
