Responsibilities
- Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer-oriented image at all times.
- Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
- Complete customer transactions in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect
- Ensure accuracy in the collection of monies in different currencies or mode of payment such as vouchers, cash/credit card transaction, Samsung Pay, staff purchase etc.
- Ensure adherence of the airport Liquids Aerosols Gels (LAG) regulations
- Reduce the customer’s waiting time to a minimum
- Achieve the turnaround time for cashiering with high productivity level
- Collaborate with co-workers to accomplish sales and service goals
- Provide manager with customers’ feedback in a regular manner
- Any other duties as per assigned
- Required to work minimum 4 days a week
